Otterly Brilliant Academy was founded by Dr. Dewhanne Nyivih, a dedicated educator with over 15 years of experience. Dr. Nyivih’s vision for OBA grew out of a deep understanding that every student learns differently and that traditional education systems often fall short in meeting the unique needs of all learners. She wanted to create a space where each student could thrive academically and emotionally, receiving the individualized attention and support they deserve.
